We have just established a professional board at Available ApS. This step has been taken to strengthen our strategic direction and create a solid foundation for our continued growth - both nationally and internationally. Our mission is clear: We will be More than Zendesk.
"We are at a point where we have proven that we can deliver value and growth to our customers. Now we are taking the next step: to become More than Zendesk," says our founder and CEO, Rasmus Styrk. "The board will help us develop and execute strategic initiatives that make us the preferred partner within customer service and digital transformation."
A board with strong competencies
Our new board is composed of key people with unique experience:
- Rasmus Styrk – An experienced entrepreneur and digital advisor with a background in software development and business development.
- Martin Langeskov – A strategic digital advisor with experience from PwC and Fullrate. A strong commercial profile with a focus on growth.
- Claus Tjelum Winther – Partner at Oxygen A/S and chairman of IT-Branchen Region Fyn with 20+ years of experience within B2B e-commerce.
- Anders Rønnebech Jensen – CX expert, author and Director CX at Mastercard. He will ensure that we realise the vision of More than Zendesk.
Our way forward: More than Zendesk
With the board in place, our focus over the coming years is to realise the vision of being More than Zendesk. This means that we will develop new concepts and solutions that go beyond the classic Zendesk delivery. We will deliver even greater value to our customers through strategic advice, technology and tailored services.
We believe that the customer service of the future requires more than just a strong system. It is about strategy, culture and the ability to create coherence across the organisation. With our new board, we are ready to set new standards.
