What is the Zendesk App Builder?
The App Builder is a new feature that lets you build and customise apps directly in Zendesk Admin. You explain what you would like, and the AI automatically suggests an app that you can test and fine-tune. It is a user-friendly tool that gives you the ability to:
- Add new features to the agent workspace
- Integrate data from other systems
- Automate manual processes
What can you build?
The possibilities are many. Here are some examples that we are already seeing among our customers:
- An app that shows stock levels from an external system directly in the ticket window.
- A form that gathers information from the agent and saves it in custom fields.
- A timer that measures how long a ticket has been left without activity.
