This guide shows you how to find and take part in peer groups in mit.available.dk.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged in to mit.available.dk
- You must have the
tenant:learning:viewpermission to view peer groups - You must have the
tenant:event_registrations:createpermission to register for peer groups
What are peer groups?
Peer groups are networking groups where you can share experiences and learn from other customer service professionals. They function as events, but focus on networking and knowledge sharing.
Access peer groups
- Log in to mit.available.dk
- Click "Learning" in the navigation menu
- Select "Take part" from the dropdown menu
- Click "Peer groups"
You can also go directly to /learning/erfa-groups.
View available peer groups
On the peer groups page, you can see all available peer groups with:
- Title - The name of the peer group
- Description - What the peer group is about
- Date - When the peer group meets
- Location - Where the peer group meets
- Availability - Whether there are places left
Read the peer group description
- Find the peer group in the list
- Click "Read more" or the title of the peer group
- A modal opens with detailed information about the peer group
You can see:
- Description - A detailed description of the peer group's purpose
- Date and time - When the peer group meets
- Location - Where the peer group meets
- Participants - Who is attending (if visible)
Register for a peer group
- Find the peer group in the list
- Click the "Register" button
- Fill in the registration form:
- Name - Your name (filled in automatically if you are logged in)
- Email - Your email address (filled in automatically if you are logged in)
- Phone - Your phone number (filled in automatically if you are logged in)
- Company - Your company's name (filled in automatically if you are logged in)
- Dietary requirements - Any dietary requirements (optional)
- Special needs - Any special needs (optional)
- Newsletter - Whether you want to receive the newsletter (optional)
- Click "Register"
You will receive a confirmation of your registration.
Add the peer group to your calendar
- Find the peer group in the list
- Click the "Add to calendar" button
- Choose which calendar you want to use (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.)
- The peer group is added to your calendar
This helps you remember the meeting.
View your peer group registrations
If you are already registered for peer groups:
- View the list of peer groups
- Peer groups you are registered for are shown with a marker
- You can see details of your registration
Cancel a peer group registration
If you need to cancel your registration:
- Find the peer group in the list
- Click the "Cancel registration" button
- Confirm the cancellation
Your registration is cancelled, and the place is freed up.
View peer group participants
For some peer groups, you can see who is attending:
- Find the peer group in the list
- Click "View participants" or a similar button
- View the list of participants
This can help you see who is also attending and network.

Error handling
Cannot see the peer groups page
If you cannot see the peer groups page:

Check your permissions - You must have the
tenant:learning:viewpermission - Contact your administrator - Your role may need to be updated
Cannot register for a peer group
If you cannot register for a peer group:

Check your permissions - You must have the
tenant:event_registrations:createpermission - Check that the peer group is not full - There must be places left
- Check that the peer group has not been cancelled - The peer group must still be active
- Contact support - If the problem persists
The registration form does not work
If the registration form does not work:
- Check that all required fields are filled in - Name and email are required
- Check the email format - The email must be a valid email address
- Try again - Reload the page and try again
- Contact support - If the problem persists
