This guide shows you how to configure and manage integrations in mit.available.dk.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged in to mit.available.dk
- You must have the
tenant:integrations:viewpermission to view integrations - You must have the
tenant:integrations:managepermission to enable or disable integrations - You must have at least one Zendesk installation configured
Access integrations
- Log in to mit.available.dk
- Click "Organisation" in the navigation menu
- Select "Zendesk" from the dropdown menu
- Click "Integrations"
You can also go directly to /integrations.
Select Zendesk installation
On the integrations page, you must first select which Zendesk installation you want to view integrations for:
- Select the installation from the dropdown menu at the top of the page
- The list of integrations is updated automatically
If you only have one installation, it is displayed automatically.
View available integrations
On the integrations page, you can see all available integrations with:
- Name - The name of the integration
- Description - What the integration does
- Status - Whether the integration is active or inactive
- Usage - How much the integration has been used (if relevant)
Enable an integration
- Find the integration in the list
- Click the "Enable" or "Add" button
- Follow the instructions in the modal or dialogue that opens
- Configure the integration as needed
- Click "Save" or "Enable"
The integration is enabled and shown as active in the list.
Disable an integration
- Find the integration in the list
- Click the "Disable" or "Remove" button
- Confirm the deactivation
The integration is disabled and shown as inactive in the list.
Configure integration settings
Some integrations have settings that can be configured:
- Find the integration in the list
- Click the "Settings" or "Configure" button
- Update the desired settings
- Click "Save settings"
The settings are saved and take effect immediately.
View integration details
- Find the integration in the list
- Click the integration or the "View details" button
- View detailed information about the integration
You can see:
- Description - What the integration does
- Features - Which features the integration offers
- Usage - How much the integration has been used
- Status - Whether the integration is active or inactive
View usage data
Some integrations display usage data:
- Find the integration in the list
- Click "View usage" or a similar button
- View detailed usage data
You can see:
- Monthly usage - Usage for the selected month
- Historical usage - Usage over time
- Breakdown - How usage is broken down
Install Zendesk App
Some integrations require you to install a Zendesk App:
- Find the integration in the list
- Click "Install Zendesk App" or a similar button
- Follow the instructions to install the app in Zendesk
- Return to the integrations page
The app is installed in your Zendesk installation.
Error handling
Cannot view the integrations page
If you cannot view the integrations page:

Check your permissions - You must have the
tenant:integrations:viewpermission - Contact your administrator - Your role may need to be updated
Cannot enable an integration
If you cannot enable an integration:

Check your permissions - You must have the
tenant:integrations:managepermission - Check that there is a Zendesk installation - You must have at least one Zendesk installation
- Check that the installation has API credentials - The installation must have configured API credentials
- Contact support - If the problem persists
Integration does not work
If an integration does not work:
- Check that the integration is active - The integration must be enabled
- Check the API credentials - The Zendesk installation must have correct API credentials
- Check the settings - Make sure the integration's settings are correct
- Contact support - If the problem persists
Cannot view usage data
If you cannot view usage data:
- Check that the integration is active - Only active integrations display usage data
- Wait a moment - Usage data may take time to update
- Contact support - If the problem persists
