This guide shows you how to view activities in your organisation in mit.available.dk.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged in to mit.available.dk
- You must have the
tenant:activities:viewpermission to see activities
Access activities
- Log in to mit.available.dk
- Click "Aktiviteter" in the navigation menu
You can also go directly to /activities.
See the activity list
On the activities page, you can see a list of all activities in your organisation with:
- Type - Which type of activity (e.g. prepaid hours, service agreement, licence, etc.)
- Description - What the activity is about
- Date - When the activity took place
- User - Who performed the activity
- Related to - What the activity is related to
Filter activities
On the activities page, you can filter activities by:
- Type - Filter by activity type
- Date - Filter by date range
- User - Filter by user
See activity details
- Find the activity in the list
- Click the activity
- See detailed information about the activity
You can see:
- Description - A detailed description of the activity
- Date and time - When the activity took place
- User - Who performed the activity
- Related to - What the activity is related to
- Metadata - Additional information about the activity
Navigate through pages
If there are many activities:
- Use the pagination buttons at the bottom of the page
- Click "Næste" to see the next page
- Click "Forrige" to see the previous page
- Click a page number to go directly to that page
Understand activity types
Different types of activity can be:
- Prepaid hours - Activities related to prepaid hours
- Service agreements - Activities related to service agreements
- Licences - Activities related to licences
- Users - Activities related to users
- Departments - Activities related to departments
- Zendesk installations - Activities related to Zendesk installations
Each activity type has its own icon and colour.
See activities for a specific entity
If you want to see activities for a specific entity (e.g. prepaid hours):
- Go to the relevant page (e.g. Klippekort)
- Find the entity (e.g. the prepaid hours)
- Click "Se aktiviteter" or a similar button
- See activities specific to that entity
Troubleshooting
Cannot see the activities page
If you cannot see the activities page:

Check your permissions - You must have the
tenant:activities:viewpermission - Contact your administrator - Your role may need to be updated
No activities are shown
If no activities are shown:
- Check that there are activities - There must be activities in the system
- Try removing filters - Remove any active filters
- Contact support - If the problem persists
Activities are not updated
If activities are not updated:
- Reload the page - Use F5 or Cmd+R / Ctrl+R
- Check your internet connection - Make sure you have a stable connection
- Contact support - If the problem persists
