This guide shows you how to view your payment history and invoices on mit.available.dk.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged in to mit.available.dk
- You must have the
tenant:billing:viewpermission to view payments - Your organisation must have at least one department
Accessing the payments page
- Log in to mit.available.dk
- Click "Organisation" in the navigation menu
- Select "Finance" from the dropdown menu
- Click "Payments"
You can also go directly to /payments.
Selecting a department
On the payments page, you can view payments for different departments:
- Click the tab for the department you want to view payments for
- The payment list updates automatically
If you only have one department, it is shown automatically.
Viewing invoices
On the payments page, you can see all invoices for the selected department with:
- Invoice number - The unique number of the invoice
- Date - When the invoice was created
- Amount - The total amount incl. VAT
- Status - Whether the invoice is paid, awaiting payment, overdue or cancelled
- Type - Which type of invoice (e.g. licence, service agreement, prepaid hours)
Invoice status
Invoices can have the following statuses:
- Paid - The invoice is paid
- Awaiting payment - The invoice is awaiting payment
- Overdue - The invoice is overdue and must be paid
- Cancelled - The invoice has been cancelled
Viewing invoice statistics
On the payments page, you can see:
- Outstanding amount - The total amount awaiting payment (incl. VAT)
- Overdue invoices - The number of overdue invoices
- Overdue amount - The total amount of overdue invoices (incl. VAT)
Downloading an invoice
- Find the invoice in the list
- Click the "Download PDF" or "View invoice" button
- The invoice is downloaded as a PDF file
You can save the invoice for your own records.
Viewing invoice details
- Find the invoice in the list
- Click the invoice or the "View details" button
- A modal or page opens with detailed information about the invoice
You can see:
- Invoice information - All details about the invoice
- Line items - What the invoice covers
- Payment information - How the invoice should be paid
- VAT - The VAT amount (25%)
Filtering invoices
On the payments page, you can filter invoices by:
- Status - Show only invoices with a specific status
- Type - Show only invoices of a specific type
- Date - Filter by date range
Understanding invoice amounts
Invoice amounts are shown including VAT (25%). This means:
- Amount excl. VAT - The actual amount before VAT
- VAT (25%) - The VAT amount
- Amount incl. VAT - The total amount you need to pay
Error handling
Cannot see the payments page
If you cannot see the payments page:

Check your permissions - You must have the
tenant:billing:viewpermission - Contact your administrator - Your role may need to be updated
No invoices are shown
If no invoices are shown:
- Check that there are departments - You must have at least one department
- Check the selected department - Try selecting a different department
- Contact support - If the problem persists
Cannot download an invoice
If you cannot download the invoice:
- Check your internet connection - Make sure you have a stable connection
- Try again - Reload the page and try again
- Contact support - If the problem persists
The invoice amount looks wrong
If the invoice amount looks wrong:
- Check that VAT is included - All amounts are shown incl. VAT
- Contact support - If you believe there is an error

After you have viewed your payments, you can:
- Download invoices - Save invoices for your records
- View service agreements - Go to Products > Support > Service agreements
- View prepaid hours - Go to Products > Support > Prepaid hours
