This guide shows you how to use e-learning videos in mit.available.dk.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged in to mit.available.dk
- You must have the
tenant:learning:viewpermission to see e-learning videos
Access e-learning
- Log in to mit.available.dk
- Click "Læring" in the navigation menu
- Select "Lær" from the dropdown menu
- Click "E-learning"
You can also go directly to /learning/videos.
See available videos
On the e-learning page, you can see all available videos with:
- Title - The name of the video
- Description - What the video is about
- Category - Which category the video belongs to
- Duration - How long the video is
- Progress - How much of the video you have watched
- Status - Whether the video is completed or not
Filter videos by category
- Click a category button at the top of the page
- The list of videos is updated automatically
- Click "Alle" to see all videos again
The categories can be:
- All - Show all videos
- Specific categories - E.g. "Zendesk Basics", "Advanced Features", etc.
Watch a video
- Find the video in the list
- Click the video
- The video opens in a modal or a new page
- The video plays automatically or click the play button
Track your progress
When you watch a video, your progress is tracked automatically:
- Progress - You can see how much of the video you have watched
- Completed - When you have watched the entire video, it is marked as completed
Your progress is saved automatically, so you can continue where you left off.
See the video's details
- Find the video in the list
- Click the video or the "Se detaljer" button
- See detailed information about the video
You can see:
- Description - A detailed description of the video's content
- Category - Which category the video belongs to
- Duration - How long the video is
- Progress - Your current progress
Resume an interrupted video
If you interrupt a video:
- Go back to the e-learning page
- Find the video in the list
- Click the video
- The video continues from where you left off
Your progress is saved, so you can always continue where you left off.
Mark a video as completed
When you have watched the entire video:
- The video is automatically marked as completed
- You can see that the video is completed in the list
- Your progress is shown as 100%
Troubleshooting
Cannot see the e-learning page
If you cannot see the e-learning page:

Check your permissions - You must have the
tenant:learning:viewpermission - Contact your administrator - Your role may need to be updated
Video does not play
If the video does not play:
- Check your internet connection - Make sure you have a stable connection
- Try a different browser - Some browsers can have problems with video playback
- Check browser settings - Make sure JavaScript is enabled
- Contact support - If the problem persists
Progress is not saved
If your progress is not saved:
- Wait a moment - Progress can take a little time to save
- Reload the page - Use F5 or Cmd+R / Ctrl+R
- Check your internet connection - Make sure you have a stable connection
- Contact support - If the problem persists
