The dashboard is the front page of mit.available.dk and gives you an overview of your organisation and the most important information.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged in to mit.available.dk
- You must have access to your organisation's dashboard
What is shown on the dashboard?
The dashboard shows different sections depending on your permissions and your organisation's configuration:
Overview
- Welcome message - A personal greeting based on your role
- Quick links - Direct access to important areas
- Status overview - Important information about your organisation
Widgets and information
The dashboard can show various widgets with information about:
- Licences - The status of your Zendesk licences
- Service agreements - Active service agreements and their status
- Tasks - Important tasks that require your attention
- Activities - The latest activities in your organisation
- Events - Upcoming events and courses
Navigation from the dashboard
From the dashboard, you can navigate to all areas of the system via the navigation menu:
- Dashboard - Back to the front page
- Tasks - View and manage tasks
- Products - Licences, service agreements and prepaid hours
- Organisation - Departments, users, Zendesk instances
- Learning - E-learning, materials, courses and events
- Finance - Payments and invoices
Personal dashboard
The dashboard is personal and shows information based on:
- Your role - Which permissions you have
- Your department - Which department you belong to
- Your organisation's configuration - What your organisation has access to
Refreshing the dashboard
The dashboard updates automatically when changes occur in the system. You can also refresh it manually by:
- Reloading the page (F5 or Cmd+R / Ctrl+R)
- Clicking the refresh icon if it is available
Error handling
The dashboard does not display correctly
If the dashboard does not display correctly:
- Check your internet connection - Make sure that you have a stable connection
- Try reloading the page - Use F5 or Cmd+R / Ctrl+R
- Log out and log in again - This can resolve session problems
- Check your permissions - Contact your organisation's administrator if you are missing access
No information is shown
If the dashboard is empty or shows no information:
- Check that you have the correct permissions - Some widgets require specific permissions
- Contact your administrator - Your organisation may need to be configured
Next steps
After you have viewed the dashboard, you can:
- View your licences - Go to Products > Licences
- Manage users - Go to Organisation > Users & Roles
- View tasks - Click "Tasks" in the navigation menu
- Update your profile - Go to Organisation > Settings > Login details
