This guide shows you how to update your organisation's company information in mit.available.dk.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged in to mit.available.dk
- You must have the
tenant:company_info:viewpermission to view company information - You must have the
tenant:company_info:managepermission to update company information
Access company information
- Log in to mit.available.dk
- Click "Organisation" in the navigation menu
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Click "Company information"
You can also go directly to /company.
View current company information
On the company information page, you can see:
- Company name - Your organisation's name
- Address - Street, city and postcode
- Phone number - Contact phone number
- CVR number - Your organisation's CVR number
- Billing email - Email for billing
- Contact person - The name of the contact person
- EAN number - EAN number (if relevant)
- PO number - Purchase order number (if relevant)
Update company information
- Click the "Edit" button (if you have permissions)
- Update the desired fields:
- Company name - Update the organisation name (required)
- Street - Update the street address (required)
- City - Update the city (required)
- Postcode - Update the postcode (required)
- Phone number - Update the phone number (required)
- CVR number - Update the CVR number (required)
- Billing email - Update the billing email (required)
- Contact person - Update the contact person's name (required)
- EAN number - Update the EAN number (optional)
- PO number - Update the PO number (optional)
- Click "Save changes"
The changes are saved and displayed immediately.
Validation of information
When you update company information, the following is validated:
- Company name - Must be filled in
- Address - Street, city and postcode must all be filled in
- Phone number - Must be filled in
- CVR number - Must be filled in
- Billing email - Must be a valid email address
- Contact person - Must be filled in
Important information
Some information is used for:
- Billing - The billing email and address are used to send invoices
- Contact - The contact person and phone number are used for contact
- Identification - The CVR number is used to identify your organisation
Make sure this information is correct and up to date.
Error handling
Cannot see the company information page
If you cannot see the company information page:

Check your permissions - You must have the
tenant:company_info:viewpermission - Contact your administrator - Your role may need to be updated
Cannot update company information
If you cannot update company information:

Check your permissions - You must have the
tenant:company_info:managepermission - Check that all required fields are filled in - All fields marked with * are required
- Check the email format - The billing email must be a valid email address
- Check that there are no validation errors - Read any error messages
Changes are not saved
If the changes are not saved:
- Check that all required fields are filled in - All required fields must have values
- Check validation - Make sure that all values are valid
- Try reloading the page - Use F5 or Cmd+R / Ctrl+R
- Contact support - If the problem persists
