This guide shows you how to log in to the Available customer portal.
Prerequisites
- You must have access to the Available customer portal
- You must have a valid email address and password
Step-by-step guide
Step 1: Open the login page
Open your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and navigate to the login page at mit.available.dk.

Step 2: Enter your email address
In the "Email address" field, enter your email address.
Click in the email field and enter your email address.

Step 3: Enter your password
In the "Password" field, enter your password.
Click in the password field and enter your password. The password is hidden with dots for security.

Step 4: Click "Log in"
Once you have entered both your email and password, click the "Log in" button to continue.

Step 5: Wait for confirmation
After you have clicked "Log in", the system will process your request. You will see a loading indicator while the system logs you in.

Step 6: Welcome to the dashboard
If the login is successful, you are automatically redirected to the home page/dashboard.

Troubleshooting
Wrong email or password
If you enter the wrong email or password, you will see an error message:

Solution: Check that you have entered the correct email address and password. Remember that the password is case-sensitive.
Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field.

This will open a dialog where you can enter your email address to receive a reset link.

Security tips
- Use strong passwords: Make sure to use a strong password with a combination of letters, numbers and special characters
- Log out when you are finished: Remember to log out when you have finished using the system
- Do not share your credentials: Never share your email or password with others
