How to Register

This guide shows you how to create a new account in mit.available.dk.

Prerequisites

  • You must have a valid email address
  • You must have your company's CVR number
  • You must have the company's contact details

Access the registration page

  1. Open your browser and navigate to mit.available.dk
  2. Click the "Registrer dig" or "Opret konto" link on the login page

You can also go directly to /register.

The registration process

The registration process consists of three steps:

Step 1: Personal details

  1. Fill in the following fields:
    • Email - Your email address (used for login) (required)
    • Password - Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters) (required)
    • Name - Your full name (required)
  2. Click "Næste" to continue

Step 2: Company details

  1. Fill in the following fields:
    • Company name - Your company's name (required)
    • CVR number - Your company's CVR number (required)
    • Street - The company's street address (required)
    • City - City (required)
    • Postcode - Postcode (required)
    • Phone number - Contact phone number (required)
    • Billing email - Email for billing (required)
    • Contact person - Name of the contact person (required)
    • EAN number - EAN number (optional)
  2. Also fill in the department details:
    • Department name - Name of the department (required)
    • Department address - Street, city and postcode (required)
    • Department phone number - Phone number (required)
    • Department contact person - Contact person (required)
    • Department billing email - Email for billing (required)
    • PO number - Purchase order number (optional)
  3. Click "Næste" to continue

Step 3: Review

  1. Review all the details
  2. Check that everything is correct
  3. Click "Opret konto" to complete the registration

CVR number lookup

If you enter a CVR number, the system can automatically fetch company details:

  1. Enter the CVR number
  2. Click "Hent oplysninger" or wait for the automatic lookup
  3. The system automatically fills in company details if they are found

This can save you time by filling in the details automatically.

Validation

The system validates your details as you go:

  • Email - Must be a valid email address
  • Password - Must be at least 8 characters
  • CVR number - Must be a valid CVR number
  • Required fields - All fields marked with * must be filled in

If there are errors, they are shown next to the relevant fields.

After registration

After you have created your account:

  1. You are automatically logged in
  2. You are directed to the dashboard
  3. You can start using the system straight away

Troubleshooting

Cannot see the registration page

If you cannot see the registration page:

  • Check the URL - Make sure you are on /register
  • Try reloading the page - Use F5 or Cmd+R / Ctrl+R
  • Contact support - If the problem persists

Validation errors

If you get validation errors:

  • Check that all required fields are filled in - All fields marked with * must have values
  • Check the email format - The email must be a valid email address
  • Check the password - The password must be at least 8 characters
  • Check the CVR number - The CVR number must be valid

Registration fails

If the registration fails:

  • Check that the email is not already in use - The email address must be unique
  • Check that the CVR number is correct - The CVR number must be valid
  • Try again - Reload the page and try again
  • Contact support - If the problem persists

CVR lookup does not work

If the CVR lookup does not work:

  • Check that the CVR number is correct - The CVR number must be valid
  • Try entering the details manually - You can always fill in the details manually
  • Contact support - If the problem persists

Security tips

  • Use a strong password - Combine letters, numbers and special characters
  • Use a unique email - The email address must not already be in use
  • Verify the details - Make sure all details are correct before you create the account

Next steps

After you have registered, you can:

  • See the dashboard - You are automatically directed to the dashboard
  • Update your profile - Go to Organisation > Indstillinger > Loginoplysninger
  • See your organisation - Go to Organisation > Firmainformationer
